Cap Heat Presses
The DK7 Cap press is a fully functional cap press for printing the front face of any sized headwear. The DK7T Twin cap press is a fully functional cap press with a high productivity design. The head pivots back and forth between the two pedestals effortlessly. While one side is pressing, the user is able to set up work on the other pedestal and maximize pressing efficiency.
A quick change cap attachment is available for the DC16 model. The DC16 is a great option if you want the flexibility of pressing caps along with other products without the addition of another machine in your work space.
Each machine is constructed of a solid steel welded framework, and features our SuperCoil-Microwinding™ heater technology. The SuperCoil-Microwinding™ heat technology is a system of embedded heater windings that wind tightly and closely together throughout the entire platen for extremely even heat, fast recovery & fast heat up times.
