Refund Policy

The Geo Knight & Co refund & exchange policy requires any return of machinery to be shipped back to the factory location within 2 weeks (10 business days) of the original ship date of the product. After this time, Geo Knight Co reserves the right to decline any further return options. However, with certain situations or valid customer needs, a return may still be possible with a restocking fee at the sole discretion of Geo Knight Co. If the return is made within 1 month (30 calendar days) of the original ship date the product will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges or upgrades are also available for product that is returned within 1 month (30 calendar days) of the original ship date of the product. Exchanges are only available at the discretion of Geo Knight Co, based on amount of usage & condition of the original product and particular model requested for an exchange.

All refunds or exchanges are for the original invoiced purchase price of the product only. All shipping charges from and to the factory are the sole responsibility of the customer.
